I work for a utility company and we use wescot for trace and collect. Wescot were always nice and understanding on the phone, but as mentioned by others, it did not change anything. It's entirely possible that wescot are contacting you regarding this. I rather suspect that the ntl debt is still on ntl's books somewhere and that it's been sold on to wescot. Vodafone say it is nothing to do with them as they have sold the debt and insist i must now deal with wescot.

Has anyone heard of wescot credit services?I have now drafted about 8 different letters to wescot, changing each one as other bits of information come in. Demand for gio internet from wescott today. I've spoke to wescot, martin colquhoun, who was polite and helpful so i must have been lucky based on other posts.
